How to Stop Vista Objecting to Programs at Startup

Often, when you use a third party program such as "Everything" or "Secunia PSI," Vista’s user account control’ (UAC) will block the program when you boot because it can’t get a response from you to elevate access privileges. This means you have to manually unblock the program every time you reboot. Here’s a simple work-around that permanently get rids of the problem.
