The Mac-cessibility Network
Posted by rbwatson1 on November 5, 2009
The Mac-cessibility Network is devoted to connecting, compiling, and providing easy access to the best resources for blind, visually impaired, and other disability groups using Apple products. It is maintained by a dedicated group of visually impaired volunteers, who are Apple enthusiasts themselves.
Mac-cessibility began in 2007 as a project on Lioncourt.com to provide news and informational materials to low and no vision users of the Mac platform. Additionally, it served as a resource to dispel rumors and false information regarding the accessibility of Apple products.
Today, the Mac-cessibility Network has grown beyond its original aspirations to provide a wide range of resources, including news, a podcast, a database of useful sites, iPhone materials, and much more.
If you have questions, suggestions, comments, or any other feedback you would like to share with us, please feel free to contact us.
If you find the resources on the Mac-cessibility Network useful, you may make a contribution. Every little bit helps, and is tremendously appreciated.
